There is nothing The Family Law Company could have done to improve my experience. I was always dealt with promptly and with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I always felt listened to, something I couldn’t say about other legal firms I have dealt with in the past. Jane Chanot has been amazing. She always treated me with great respect and balanced a sympathetic approach with no holding back in telling it how it is! I appreciated her pragmatic approach as much as her technical legal expertise. I think what made the Family Law Company different for me was that they treated me as a human being not a client or cash machine.
