Milly joined the firm in August 2023 as a paralegal in our Divorce and Matrimonial Finance team. She now supports the Private Children, Domestic Abuse and Abduction teams.
She supports lawyers with all aspects of their caseloads, most commonly drafting Court applications and liaising with barristers and experts.
Milly is currently undertaking her Solicitors Qualifying Examinations
In her free time, Milly loves to travel, read detective fiction, and taking long walks on the beach with her dog.
Her work includes:
- Legal research
- Instructing experts
- Drafting and filing Court applications
- Assisting clients in drafting witness statements
- Attending Court to support vulnerable clients
- Completing Legal Aid and Legal Help applications
