Debbie joined the firm in 2018 as a Solicitor specialising in divorce, cohabitation disputes and the financial consequences of relationship breakdown.
Debbie has many years of experience dealing both with cases with substantial assets and those for clients with more limited means. She prepares prenuptial and cohabitation agreements as well as separation agreements and she is experienced in advising on jointly owned property and disputes relating to interests in property.
Debbie is a member of Resolution, which promotes resolving matters in a non-confrontational way that considers the needs of all members of the family. She has been a Resolution accredited specialist on cohabitation and children matters since 2002 and is on the Law Society Children Panel.
In her spare time, Debbie is a longstanding member of an award winning barbershop choir and she enjoys reading pretty much anything she can get her hands on, going to the theatre and swimming, especially in the sea, when it is warm enough to do so.
