Although legal aid for divorce is no longer available to the majority of clients, we believe assistance with divorce should be available to all and offer a free initial half hour appointment to discuss issues relating to divorce and family breakdown. For people whose incomes would previously have entitled them to legal aid, we give a reduced rate for divorce, children applications or financial cases.
