A mother came to us having previously been using a firm of London solicitors, by now at her wit’s end because her children were at risk of being forced to see a father whom they insisted had mistreated them. The father was suggesting that our client influenced the children to make up lies about their father. The court had made findings against our client ‒ but we considered that the proceedings had been manipulated to bring this about.
