Amelia joined The Family Law Company in September 2023 as a Senior Associate Solicitor. Amelia has over 13 years of experience in Family Law and, since her admission, has primarily focused her practice on children’s matters. Prior to joining The Family Law Company, Amelia was Head of Family Law in a firm in Perth, Western Australia. Amelia is dual qualified in England and Wales and Western Australia.
She has a wealth of experience representing parents and grandparents in complex Private and Public Law Children matters. Amelia also has a significant amount of experience in Domestic Abuse matters.
Amelia understands that clients often seek assistance when they are at their most vulnerable and she prides herself on her personal approach. She gives straightforward and honest advice and will strive to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
In her spare time, Amelia enjoys spending time with her family and taking their golden retriever on long walks.
Amelia works within our Private Law Children Team but can advise on all areas of Family law, including:-
- Private Law Children;
- Public Law Children;
- Domestic Abuse; and
- Divorce and Finances.
